Reviewing my BLC22 goals

Well once again I did not achieve my goals but all in all not a total washout. I am still doing my interval training and it is paying off in the area of toning my body but doing nothing for my weight number. I had a big plan but the results did not turn out as expected. My body hit a plateau and that is pretty much where I stayed until the 11th week of the BLC. I am really watching my calories, exercising, and reducing my carbs to achieve the best possible results for the end of BLC22. This round I was really tired and then school started and I was thrown off track but my main focus is to be fit and healthy not a certain number on the scale even though that would be nice too!
Over the BLC
-I stayed with my interval training
-Exercised consistently with varing degrees of intensity
-Watched my carb intake and did my best to reduce the sugar and carbs
-Participated in all challenges and did my best.
For the future
-Still need to watch my carbs and calories
-Keep up the exercise but also the intensity level needs to increase
-Stay connected to spark for the support and encouragement I need to keep striving for my goal!
Over the break I am going to ty to do everything myself. I need to be able to depend on my own willpower and self-motivation to see if I can maintain or hopefully lose before BLC23 starts. I am going to do this by tracking my nutrition and exercising daily as well as training for my race in September. Wish me luck, won't you
