This no wheat thing seems to work for me

I don't like not eating bread, etc., but it does seem to work for me. I have lost weight--I have finally dipped below the plateau I was on for 3 years in addition to losing the 6 or more pounds I gained last year--plus my blood pressure is consistently on the lower side, where last fall it had risen to levels higher than it had been in 6 years. And as a little additional benefit, I have virtually no cravings!
Next week I am traveling out of town for a week for the first time since I started this, and I will have significantly less control over food. It is going to be interesting to see what happens.....
