Personal Training & Personal Milestone!

Hi Spark Friends!
I hope everyone is doing well and working toward personal goals.
Today, I treated myself to a personal training session. I did this for a specific reason. Truth is, before today I really didn't know how to effectively work out on my own. I do the Les Mills group classes (body combat, step, VIVE, pump, rpm) and I love them! However, once in a while, I feel like mixing it up and doing something different and on my own. Before today, all I really would I on my own would be the treadmill or ab work on a mat. Well the trainer I worked with today was AWESOME!!!! She really listened to me and helped me to design a workout that is challenging but not frustrating. The nice thing is that she also showed me ways to take it to "the next level" as my body gets comfortable with the routine. Tonight, I am sore I muscles I forgot I had...lol! I feel great and re-energized about my workout schedule! I cannot wait to go back and do this new workout!! She said that if I do at least 2 Les Mills classes a week and this personalized workout twice a week I should see body changes in just a few weeks!
At this point, I am VERY happy where I am weight wise, I really think I'm where I want to be. That is so amazing to say!! I never thought I'd meet my weight goal!! Now, I just want tone and strengthen. This workout will be a huge part of me meeting that goal!!
These personal training sessions are costly. I wish I could justify the cost of purchasing a package of them, but I just can't. I think what I will do though, is treat myself to one session every six-seven months to kind of jump start my routine.
I really feel AMAZING & EXCITED now that the weight LOSS aspect is finished and I'm on to the toning and strengthening phase. Thank you for all of your support along this journey Spark Friends! I couldn't have done it without your support!!
