Not much to say I guess.. Haven't "fall off the wagon" or anything just, unprepared and unmotivated and all over the place for most of the summer with many problems to deal with and not much energy. I sure am glad winter is coming. I see it as a calm and introspective time.. so that's much welcome.

I don't want to set up goals (but of course I have *some* in mind) I'll just try to get on a more regular schedule and sleep and eat well and try to feel better than I have for the last couple months, I am optimistic ;) I plan on hiking for the next weekends and sleep a lot :) How's that? Pretty nice.

    Hi! glad you're "back on track"! I haven't been very active around here too, but I've been really busy elsewhere. Got my purple belt in karate. I am now teaching three fitness classes a week, and I've been training for my first 10K (next week-end). Gained a few pounds back but still at a healthy weight. Will try to "settle things back" after the race. I should be OK, I think I've gotten the hang of if. emoticon
