WWI #2 - First week of balance

Overall this has been a good past week. I didn't put anything off limits, my calorie ranges are pretty doable (only went over twice!), and I tracked my food and walked 3 days! Just learning balance, not going in all crazy, seems to be working. My goal was only to lose 1.5 lbs a week and I lost 4! So woo hoo!!
