AGX Week 2

Hello Spark Friends,
Today I started week 2 of the 5 week AGX Challenge. Tonight I did the Lower Body Workout and it was Amazing!! The AGX workout program is based on muscle confusion so each week, the workouts are different so your body never gets comfortable. Tonight we did box jumps, air squats, burpees with weighted balls, plyometric lunges, and more. It is so motivating to see your heart rate and calories burned up on the board. I keep trying to push my heart rate up farther for longer periods of time with good form.
I just know that tomorrow my legs are going to be so so sore but yet again, it was so so worth it!!
Thursday morning I will do the Upper Body Workout of the week, I cannot wait!!
