This Week, I WILL ....

This week, I will:

Exercise every morning before work.
Log every food and drink I eat.
Eat healthy dinners.
Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water every day.
Try my hardest to get to 10,000 steps a day.
Get sleep & get to bed at a reasonable hour.
