I've been in a bit of a workout funk lately--I make sure to get some in on the weekend but I'm not great about working out after work, and try as I might, I just can't get up early to do it before.
This past weekend I went to visit my sister and brother-in-law and their new baby in North Carolina. It was a great time, and while I was there my brother-in-law's sister invited me to do a free bootcamp class. I decided to do it--and man, was I wrecked afterward! I was happy I accomplished it, though. It was definitely a rewarding challenge. I came back to NY and even after eating out and having desserts, I was my exact same weight, so yay!
What do you do when you just don't have the motivation to workout?
