I had a hiatus from the SP site for about a month due to a crazy work and holiday schedule. This time of year is difficult to keep up with since it's filled with get togethers, parties, and road trips. I may not be logging on as often, but I'm trying to keep up with the eating well and working out.

I gained 2 lbs this last month due to not working out for a few weeks and eating a lot of sweets around the holidays. I worked out last night and I hope that it jump starts me back to my regular pattern of 3-4 times a week! I'm thinking of trying to climb the stairs at work since I used to walk outside on my lunch break, but have stopped since it's gotten so cold. Basically, I am realizing that the excuses I have are only hurting myself in the long run. It's a sad thought but true.

I hope the rest of you Sparkers have had a wonderful holiday and are sticking to your tracking and working out. Or, if you're like me, hopefully you're getting yourself back on track. :) It's ok to go off-road sometimes, as long as you find your way back to the path.

    Hop right back on the spark wagon! You can do it. Not always easy but once I get to the machines, I feel so good. Just tell yourself to Just do it!
