Just read a couple of my old blogs. Was I negative or what. Always focused on the what-if's and should haves. In 2014 I am changing the pattern of my responses. I will not "try" to lose these last 25 lbs, I will lose them. I will also give up sweets,setting a goal allowance of 1X/week. Also 2 glasses of wine/week. Wine and sweets are my downfall. I am also starting The Happiness Project. I am starting to believe more and more that happiness is a choice. And I am choosing it.
