Starting 2014 of the right way!

Got in my treadmill workout today! Very proud 25 min. I am also going to start counting my steps each day.

What are your goals this year?
Fitness Goals 2014
emoticon 25 min walking per day
emoticon strength 15/day

Eating emoticon
- eat clean

Me
- plan for a baby emoticon in a year
- mobility increase my stamina
- creativity
- me time

Environment
- move to a area that supports the family's needs

There are many more steps in these goals. Putting my goals out there! Step one tell others about your goals.

2014 is going to be full of many rewards. emoticon

    I want to get fit, get strong, get ready for baby #2!

    Oh ya... getting a job that makes a fist full of cash every 15 minutes would not hurt... but I am not gonna hold my breath. ;p
