Making progress.

Today is the 3rd day of food tracking. I was over the first day because I started later in the day. It's really freeing to do it, knowing that you have to look at it. Today is day #3 w/o wine. Funny, I don't even miss my daily evening refreshments (as they are euphemistically called). My desire to follow the healthy happy path instead of the morose and overindulgent one has finally taken over. Perhaps because of our new grandson, perhaps because of retirement. It's a great feeling.
