I still believe in my last blog post even though it was from last March! Just hate that I keep sabotaging myself but I have done this enough to recognize when I am doing it! I don't plan to be stranger to sparkpeople this year! It is also the year I turn forty and my goals is to lose a considerable amount by then maybe not all by March 26th! I wanna be forty and fit and lean in 2014!!

    Jannervic this is my encouragement. Forty, fit and lean in 14. Sort of has a rhyme!!! But larger vision than that, forty, fit and lean for life. I am several years over 60 and I (athletic as I was back then) remember laughing at my mom as she exercised with Jack LaLaine in the early 60's. I understand her reasoning more and more as I age.
    Her philosophy was exercise or pills--she chose exercise to within a week of her passing. That's my strategy too! I get lost in my day's business but I push for walking if I can't get more serious. Make yourself a priority. emoticon
