BLC Hooray!

Wednesday, January 15, 2014

Today is the official start to BLC 24 and I am a proud FBI (Fushia Beauties, Inc.) team member. In an attempt to gather my thoughts, here are my goals for the 12 week challenge:

-I have joined the 12 week exercise streak, where you exercise at least 5 times per week for at least 20 min. I hope to be active at least 6 days per week.
-Follow exercise calendar
-Follow a pre-planned menu
-TRACK food & fitness
-Eat out only once per week
-In addition to workouts, spend at least 1 hour of TV time on my feet, doing squats, lifting dumbbells, walking in place, etc....just moving it!

Take care of other, non-weight-loss goals:

-Pamper myself-bubble baths, self-facials, moisturizing, pedicures, etc...reminds me that I am worth feeling good
-Read at least 1 book per month
-Spend at least one non-TV/computer/cell phone night with my husband.
-Do at least one thoughtful thing per day to show my husband that he is loved and appreciated. We do this often but want to be cognizant of my choices and think more about our love and marriage, which fell into the backseat a bit with the birth of our son last year.

Cheers to a fabulous 2014. Remember that this year is YOUR year! :-)
