I needed this

So, when I dropped off the exercise/healthy eating bandwagon I was under the mindset of "why not live my life happily? I can eat what I want, laze around, etc." Well, then I had the blood pressure scare, the heart pain (still don't know what that was) and getting winded when walking up a flight of stairs. It's time for a change. I got back to Spark and got motivated with some challenges, and, boy, do I see a difference! I need to remember this! It IS important to be healthy!
