SMART Goals

For this round of the blc my goals are:

1. To drink a minimum of 7 glasses of water daily.

2. I will eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily.

3. I will do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio daily.

4. I will tell my goals to husband and daughter and I will check in daily with my daughter so she can make sure I did what I was suppose to.
