During february I will have a lot more spare time than usual, so I am going to use it productively. I made a couple fitness goals, a weight loss goal and some home/self improvement goals and I fully intend to try my best.

-1000 fitness minutes.

28 days of 36 min is 1008 minuntes.

-62.1m (100km) on treadmill.
Progress (0/62.1)
28 days of 2.25 is 63 miles on treadmill.
(This goal alone should get me up to 1000 min)

-Everything in its place.
Progress (0/1 walk thru)
All laundry, books, supplies, tools, dishes, boxes etc away

-Limit fast food (4x, include Kiwi)

Can have green tea from Tim Horton's w/o counting it.

-Drink nothing but approved beverages.
Progress (0/0 extras)
Water, lemon, green tea (blk) skim white milk or 2% choc.
(No juice/pop/alcohol)

-Lose 6 pounds, to 344.0
Progress (0/6 lost)
350 Jan end & xxx.x on Feb 28. (350.0 progress)

-Kitchen finished!!
Progress (0/100% done, paint, clean etc)
Paint doors, finish cleaning hinges, rehang and paint accent wall

Read four books by any author. (0/4)
Use 10 different workout videos. (0/10)
Use 5 pieces of equipment. (no tread) (0/5)

This all sounds like sooo much to me right now, but I'm not working and I won't be at school yet, plus M will be away a lot and I don't have a whole lot else to do during February lol!!

Thanks to all of you wonderful spark friends because without you, I wouldn't be here today giving myself this reset. You are so appreciated, all of you.

    I really missed spark people... all of you amazing ladies and gents.

    Just seeing that someone (2 someones lol) read my blog makes me want to stay on top of it all and keep going. Funny how a little bit of support goes such a long way for me.
