Well on Jan 1st I started the Dash Diet. My doctor told me to. Actually said "you need to do this for your health". Well that was the kick I needed. I am following it to the letter and am proud to say I have lost 13 pounds this month!!!! That is the most I have lost on years!!! It is also the longest I have stuck with a diet or fitness goal in my life!! I am very proud of myelf!!
