Dash Diet

Well on Jan 1st I started the Dash Diet. My doctor told me to. Actually said "you need to do this for your health". Well that was the kick I needed. I am following it to the letter and am proud to say I have lost 13 pounds this month!!!! That is the most I have lost on years!!! It is also the longest I have stuck with a diet or fitness goal in my life!! I am very proud of myelf!!

    I started the DASH diet January 6. Lost 18 lbs. Never feel hungry. I bought the book and have made some of the recipes. All were good. emoticon

    To be honest, I'd never heard about the dash diet...read your blog and checked it out. Just came back to your blog to say 1. Can't believe I've never heard of it, sounds like it's been around awhile and is quite popular. 2. Love the research behind it. 3. Bought the book on Amazon...can't wait to find out more. Thanks for the blog...hopefully it will get me going off this plateau!!!
