L....look how far you've come since you put you heart into being fit and healthy. 3triathlons....several 5Ks....40 pounds ago you were just letting life pass you by Look at you! :)

O....organize your time in a way that you save some for you. Make your exercise time your #1 appointment that you CANNOT reschedule :)

V....voice your opinions to your loved ones in a loving and caring way -that is what you mean so say it with care :)

E....exercise your right to plead the 5th. If there is no way to speak nicely and not devastate someone else's feelings the zip it sister! :)
