Back On Track But Switching Gears

My week off did not go as planned :) Because of recurring shoulder issues and the hectic pace of my final week in training, I did not do much yoga. I may have done two sessions. I also did not do my pushups challenge. It was killing me not to work out, but it just wasn't making it into the schedule.
But this week, I'm back on track! I started in with the Drop 2 Sizes rotation, but unfortunately I know it is not going to work out for me. It doesn't have enough upper body work. Specifically, biceps, triceps, and chest work. I like having defined arms, and this isn't going to do it for me. So I am thinking of dropping this system and moving on to something else. I may do another Cathe rotation or maybe something by Amy Bento. I will see how I feel at the end of the week. I am very disappointed that Drop 2 Sizes didn't meet my needs, but I guess that's why there are so many systems -- there is always something for everyone, and everyone is different.
