New Cathe Rotation

I have started a new Cathe rotation that incorporates strength, cardio, and flexibility. So far so good. It's a combination of her STS Total Body and LIS workouts. It seems way more balanced that Drop 2 Sizes, except for the tricep work. I will probably add that in myself, in place of some ab work. I don't like that the total body is 66 minutes and that it seems a bit rushed, but I feel that once I get used to it I won't feel so rushed.
