I've injured my knee during my jumping rope session. I feel the pain almost 2 weeks, but this week the pain really get in into the pause mode. I want to be yoga active again but I can't due to this pain.
I feel really sad, that I can't do my activity. Hmm... i guess that's just a natural obstacle that I have to face during this weight loss challeng.
I will never give up and I just can't wait to bending my body again so that I can feel healthy and lighter.
