Listing my tips and tricks #1 and #2

I've been thinking that I should list out all the tips and tricks I've learned over the years that have led me success. I think I'll start today.

#1 Just go.
Yesterday morning I DID NOT want to get up and workout.
I told myself, "just go, even if you don't work out very hard".
I went, I worked out, I felt better.

#2 Do 5
Tonight I didn't want to track my food. I said to myself "Just do 5 foods".... cause that's how I get myself to hang up or fold the laundry, 5 items at a time. I ended up tracking the whole day.
