Day 5 down...on to Day 6!

Well I made it through another day. The issue I seem to be having is that I am not eating quite enough. I think my body is starting to hold on to what it has. I feel a little bloated even though I am still drinking water.
This sounds a little crazy but I am planning on cheating a tad tomorrow. I am off to training tomorrow evening. I live in a very small town (3250) and we don't have anything close to a Red Lobster here so I am hoping to go there tomorrow night. It won't be a big cheat...I am sticking with the no red meat, fish and salad for me.
