Cold, Windy and Raining... and I ran!

Sorry for no blog yesterday. I had to finish homework and by the time I got done with that I was exhausted but I did make day 6 (15 push ups, 30 crunches, and 50 squats).
Today was a good day. I got to eat a lot more food so my sugar didn't get so low that I get in a bad mood. I got off work at the correct time. The only thing I didn't do was go to the gym. Once I got back home I just didn't want to go back out. So I bought the workout to me. I completed day 7 (20 push ups, 35 crunches, 55 squats) and went for a run/walk. Its was cold, very windy and raining but I still went for it. I dressed for the weather and went for a 2 mile walk/run. Normally I would have just stayed in, watched tv and ate a bad dinner. After the run I had good dinner and did all the meal planning for the rest of the week.
I am starting to notice little signs of success. I put on my jeans on straight out the dryer, they were so tight that I had to suck it in to button. They were actually a little loose
. I had to move down a belt notch :D
