Day #18 without a carbonated beverage. I'm going to officially consider myself clean, though I will keep tracking for the remainder of the thirty days.

With the success of this project, I'm going to start another one. Two weeks of healthy eating. That's not the same as avoiding soda, since I am certain I'll have a dessert every now and then. But my longest streak without one is five days; I'm going to shoot for two weeks. Wish me luck. :)

    Eliminating carbonated beverages is a great step! keep it up! Perhaps you should be more specific in "healthy eating" - like, trying to eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily.
