On the tasty heels of my "Fried Egg & Kale" posting yesterday, I thought I'd offer you my latest taste invention: TROY'S OATMEAL PROTEIN POWDER PANCAKES!! TA-DAHH!!
A light and tasty alternative to the traditional pancake. This will turn out very fluffy and is like a very different kind of omelette. I thoroughly enjoyed this healthy dose of breakfast "goodfullness"! Protein, low fat, fibre, then depending on your toppings you could pull in some great fruits for vitamins! It's all good.
