BLC 25 Goals

I took a break from challenges on Sparkpeople because it just became to much to keep up with. I also never felt as if I really bonded with anyone on in the challenges even though I had been with some of the groups for several years I figured I was lonely enough IRL and if the cyberworld was going to leave me with those same feelings then why bother.

I've finally ventured back lookng for accountability and so I hope to accomplish first consistenacy in my worok out and nutrtional intake It seems its always one or the other but I need to keep them as a partnership.

At the end of the 12 weeks I hope to be down at least 15 lbs and to come off of my blood pressure medicine . I also hope to leave the challenge feeling included
