Whole 30 part 2!

I have decided to give whole 30 one more month of my life. WHY? Because for me, 30 days wasnt enough.

Pretty immediately after reintroducing some of the other less healthy foods into my life, I started feeling that anxiety that I did prior to w30. I was eating emotionally, and I started craving sugar again. Things had improved, but I could feel things slipping back into old habits.

I gave myself a week to indulge (reasonably), and started back on w30 on the 5th. Within one day, the anxiety was gone and the sugar cravings were reduced to a manageable level. This time around I am paying more attention to ratios of fat protein and veg. I am also reading the w30 book "It Starts With Food".

I would love to lose another 17lbs this month, but that is NOT what I am concentrating on. I am working on my running, body fat percentage, and most importantly, my relationship with food. If this month is as successful as the last I will be on my way to a healthy habits lifestyle!

I will be trying to workout 4 to 5 days a week, 3 of which will be running and the rest T25. So to all my jiggly bit.... BURN baby BURN!

    Sounds like a great plan!
    I always have bad reactions whenever I have a cheat meal and I start getting the old cravings back. Good job going back on track you will lose like crazy this month!
