Getting Back on Track After Vacation

Just took my first peek at the scale after 8 days on vacation in Florida/Walt Disney World...oh it wasn't too bad, looks like 2 pounds gained. I'm still kinda disappointed because I walked between 6.5 to 8 miles a day! The kids both have Fitbits and I was walking right beside them so I know that's accurate. I figured that much exercise would offset the extra calories I was ingesting, you know, like those Mickey Ear ice cream bars and the Mickey waffles (Belgian waffles with powdered sugar).

Ah well, back at home I am so happy to be able to go to the kitchen and find lots of great fruit to eat and plenty of veggies, too. I know this week I will be able to get back to tracking my water and food and though I may not make it back to normal by my Wednesday WI, I'm pretty sure by the NEXT one I'll be right where I should be and totally on track to meet my goal of losing the last 5 pounds in this round of Biggest Loser Challenge.

I will go into the the next round as a Maintainer!!
