Alright- so I am back. Its been a nice break but I am ready to do this again.
This time I'm doing this for me, I'm not going to count calories but instead make good food decisions, watch portions and stay active.
I want this, I am ready. Even on the darkest, most hard days turning to food isn't an option. I need to relearn that food is not a reward but a treat that CAN be had.
I stopped actively doing intuitive eating because it was just leading to over eating, but I may pick up some of the principles the book taught me.
