hello, it's me

Monday, June 02, 2014

This web page will never have a friendlier and more intelligent design it seems. It doesn't help to me being so absent from here, for sure.

I keep a similar mindset than in all my previous posts, just haven't got back on the wagon yet. I am inactive beyond imagination. I usually lose some pounds easily whenever I reach a certain number (around 165, it shifts back to around 160) without me doing much anything, but not this time for some reason.. I lack sleep, recurring pattern when I gained. I have a hard time imagining myself counting calories again, especially on this website, but I hope to do it again, it helped in the past so why not. I mean to start the C25K again but it seems like I never have that kind of time and it's silly and a little bit depressing. Trying to clean and set up the "junk room" into the gym I intended it to be in the first place :) then I'll put up a little routine together to help me be more active at home, whenever convenient.

blablabla :)

Try to take a walk on your lunch break at work, that will be a good and small start to being more active. Do you have a FitBit or the Spark Activity tracker? I think they're worth the money, it's weirdly motivating to see the number and want to get it higher! I can't explain it but it really does make me want to walk around more throughout the day.
