I need tips!

Going to my inlaws in a bit less than 2 weeks, would like to kickstart my weight loss. What can you tell to help me? I have limited time, limited energy but will try anyway. I'd like to lose at least those 8-9 pounds that aren't even supposed to be there. I have a couple hours in the morning, but that's about it. No time left on my lunch break and no time after work.

    First things first.... it's unrealistic to lose that much weight in such a short period of time. And, frankly, not healthy.

    To DO that... you need to be on a very severe diet and push yourself way too hard, and that's not a smart thing because it's a quick fix, and not a change. You'd be right where you started after you completed that little "fix" in your life.

    My tips are to have more realistic goals. Find baby steps you can change that will lead to success...even if TINY! Because any success is HUGE. You gotta find those, and build up on them one step at a time. That is the ONLY effective and SAFE way to lose any kind of weight.

    Do it for YOURSELF... and find reasons that motivate you to do it!
