This is going to be a quick blog to tell you what I have been doing since the beginning of June, which is helping me see results finally.
I have been focusing on eating nutritional power meals filled with G.O.M.B.S, sounds like combs but with a "G" :)
So, anyway I kind of made up an eating plan(BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE COUNTING CALORIES) that I am able to stick with that goes along with an alternative day fasting plan. Some people think a.d.f is crazy, some don't, there is a lot of interesting science.. and what not, that backs up a.d.f. (Google it if you're interested) So on Mon. Wed. and Fri. I have been having my power packed G.O.M.B.S meals for lunch and a snack.
Since they are filled with nutrients my body needs..I haven't felt any over the top cravings. Drinking water, taking my multivitamin and fish oil, and getting good sleep, most nights. I just make sure not to eat past 6 or 7 p.m.
On non-fast days, which are Tues, Thurs, and Sat & Sun. I just eat normally and healthy. Nothing like an over the top- all out frenzy at a buffet or anything. Just how I would do a normal tracking day.
Then I have been walking and playing outside with my kids. Need to get serious again with my strength training....love that! So, that's what I have been doing since the start of June...I like the results I am seeing, and I could see myself sticking with this for however long I have too. We will see when the time comes. So far, so good! :)
