YAY! Down -8 lbs & -6.625 inches

Okay, Excuses have gotten in the way of my goals but I'm back on the correct path again and my scale is rewarding me for it.

emoticon I'm beginning my green smoothie "cleanse" again for the next 6 weeks...
✵ No Grains
✵ No Dairy (except goat cheese)
✵ No starchy veggies
✵ Low fruit (only 2 per day), mostly berries
---- Basically, fish, poultry, meats, veggies, quinoa.
I won't be perfect ... I'll finish my cottage cheese and won't purchase more during the 6 wks

emoticon I set up my mini trampoline in my painting studio and am starting to run on it... Now, I am committing to 'run' at least 15-20 minutes each day which is a big deal for me. The mini rebounder (or, trampoline) is supposed to be low-impact, good for your knees and "old-age" bones, circulation, and shaking toxins from your lymph glands. Here's an article I found:

emoticon And, my arms are so weak from lack of exercise that I'm beginning to do upper-body exercises beginning again with my 5-lb weights.

I'm proud of myself for making the effort even though I feel so stressed all the time.

Okay, I awoke at 4:30 pm tonight to "begin" my day painting... gotta get into the studio.
