1/2 way through the challenge, nowhere near where I want to be

I realize some challenges are better than others, but I just can't get my groove going for the summer challenge!
I've been exercising, but not as much as I usually do.
I'm noticing that I've let some old habits creep back in...I'm less careful because I think 'oh I've lost some weight'. Of course I know this is what allows it to creep back on.
SO...I am half way through the challenge and I am making some firm commitments to myself.
1. TRACK everyday for the rest of the challenge.
2. twice a week strength training...I haven't gone since the start of June.
3. Mindful eating..look at the food, say it's name, put my fork down between bites.
Not giving up, not now, not ever.
