Cruising pinterest I saw the sparkpeople post about needing 250 minutes of exercise a week to lose weight and I ...
whined ... I don't have time ... I can't do that ... it's impossible

Then I thought about it and I decided to stop whining and do it.
We'll see.

    Just do your best. You might not get 250, but any exercise is better than no exercise!
