Woke up yesterday with that "It's a new month, I can make the most of it, I can accomplish my goals" feeling so I am going to ride the crest of that wave for as long as I can.

1. Declutter-using the Happiness Project's toolbox for this.
2. Tracking every day! It it's worth eating, it's worth savoring and then tracking.
3. Finish out the summer challenge strong! It's never too late. I'd like to lose 1# in 2 weeks and I can do this!
