Bring on Fall!

Happy September 1st! Here I am once again. So the summer came and went and I basically got super busy and super lazy when it came to my dieting goals. That bikini that was purchased was never worn. :( That's ok though because there is always next summer. My goals at the moment and is to quit drinking for a while and to continue losing. I am still down 10 lbs from my initial loss over the winter. I lost a total of 15 but gained back 5. With that said, I feel even bigger for some reason. I think its loss of muscle tone and just overall not feeling that great. My habits have gotten bad and its time to change that. I sound like a broken record, but here I go again!
