Home Body Fat Test

I joined the Fit & Focused in Fall Challenge being held by the Sunny Gals. After 1 week of the challenge, I lost 5 lbs!
Each week of the challenge, we have a different challenge activity to do for points.
The second week challenge is to take a Home Body Fat Test at the website: www.healthcentral.com/ch
This Home Body Fat Test requires measuring hips, dominant calf, dominant thigh, and dominant wrist with a tape measure.
I have 45% body fat.
I have 120.6 Pounds of fat and 147.4 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
To compute a new goal weight for the challenge, it was recommended to multiply the pounds of lean by 1.25 (thus adding 25% onto the original lean weight).
That would make my goal weight 147.4 * 1.25 = 184.25 lbs.
Like many of the other women in this challenge, this weight sounds high to me, especially since it's much higher than the "healthy weight range" determined for my height by BMI. On the other hand, it's less than 100 lbs from where I am now, and I was thinking I needed to lose about 110 lbs.
I chose a modest goal weight for this fall challenge that ends on January 3, so I do not need to adjust my end of challenge goal weight at this time. I still have a lot of weight to lose.
