"Down" & "Up"

I am so "DOWN" because my weight is "UP." I have gained 19 of the 33 pounds I lost 2 years ago. I can't talk about my weight and how I feel to people sometimes; they just can't relate or don't agree or understand, so I'm blogging it here.

I'm so frustrated and so disgusted with how I got back to this place. So, this is what I'm going to do. I'm vowing right here, right now to:

1. Not beat myself up.
2. Exercise everyday
3. Eat better (that means no sweets)
4. Drink my water
5. Stay positive

One step at a time. Whew......I feel better already!

    No one is perfect. I think we all have a tendency to think other people are perfect at their weight loss efforts and we alone are not, but the truth is everyone struggles sometimes. I find it hard to talk to other people about my weight problems too. But sometimes when you force yourself to open up, you find that we all have more in common than you might have thought. Don't beat yourself up when things happen. Accept that everyone makes mistakes, pick yourself up, and keep trying. It sounds like you have a good plan for starting over. Good luck.
