"Down" & "Up"

I am so "DOWN" because my weight is "UP." I have gained 19 of the 33 pounds I lost 2 years ago. I can't talk about my weight and how I feel to people sometimes; they just can't relate or don't agree or understand, so I'm blogging it here.
I'm so frustrated and so disgusted with how I got back to this place. So, this is what I'm going to do. I'm vowing right here, right now to:
1. Not beat myself up.
2. Exercise everyday
3. Eat better (that means no sweets)
4. Drink my water
5. Stay positive
One step at a time. Whew......I feel better already!
