My expectations for BLC26 is to get back into being healthy! I plan to start getting back into tracking my food and exercise regularly. I notice when I don't track my food I go over my calories. I also have noticed that when I don't eat healthy I don't feel good. Not that I am sick but that I feel sluggish and tired.
I plan to make this a habit again: The tracking of food, eating healthy with a few treats here and there, exercising regularly besides just walking my dog.
I plan to vary my exercising. I will get bored with exercise if I don't mix it up. Since I had to cancel my gym/Y membership for financial reasons I will used the videos I own, look online for things to try and while I have cable use the exercise in the on demand. I will use my weights, stability ball, foam roller, hula hoop, the books I have and the list goes on. I will also walk at work with my co-worker.
Those are my expectations besides losing weight & inches. I also plan to judge by the fit of my clothing. Not just looking at the number on the scale.
