BLC 26 Expectations

- Lose 1-2 lbs per week
- Lose a total of 20 lbs throughout the challenge
- Make exercise a part of my daily routine
- Continue with the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge
- Track what I eat
- Eat healthier and make it a habit
- Measure and portion out everything I eat
- Drink at least 8 cups of water daily
- Workout at least 20 minutes 5x per week
- Feel better about myself
- Gain will power to resist temptations
- Give and receive accountable and positivity
