How are things going. Okay I guess. I think I am getting back on track- I at least feel better.
This weeks focus on being much healthier in my diet.- I had a late night snack though last night, but it was just an apple and peanut butter, so not terrible. I shouldn't have had it, regardless.
Ramping up my workouts- ie. physical therapy.
I feel lighter this week- less bloated. I am craving so much sugar. but I just got off my rag, so that probably explains it.
Focus Focus Focus. That Is the game for the rest of the month. Drink a lot of water. Sleep more. We bought a new bed a few weeks ago- so sleeping has been a lot better.
