How did she do it?

A lot of people ask me, "How are you losing the weight?" Here is my answer in a nutshell.
I just don't really eat much. I eat protein bars 2-3 times a day. I eat fruit in between and some nights I have fish or chicken. I don't eat any bread or sugar. I only drink water and black coffee. I have a cheat day about once a month where I eat whatever I want that day. That way, I can save my cheat days for holiday meals! When I do cheat, I don't eat just anything, I'm really picky.
As far as exercise, the last time I lost weight, I busted my butt working out everyday. I ate nearly the same amount of calories, and worked out 1-2 hours, six days a week. Granted, I was more tone then, but I have lost the weight just as fast this time without any exercise.
I started at 257 lbs in May/June, and today I weighed 158.4 This picture was taken two days ago.
