Why I Want to Fine Tune My Body

I want to lose 10 pounds.

1. I want to get back to my Maintenance Weight that I worked so hard to achieve.

2. To remedy the my current look of being short waisted with a bulging tummy when I wear a sports bra.

3. Increase my body strength in order to make daily activities easier.

4. Increase core strength to lessen lower back pain.

5. To avoid ugly, flabby upper arms.

6. Increase overall fitness and endurance so I can hike in our amazing National Parks.

7. I want to cut down on sugar to ward off diabetes.

8. I want to stay young!
