goals for 2015 and what i learned in 2014

So my goals for 2015 are not much different than in years past. I still have the goal of losing weight, getting fit, but this year I am adding goals surrounding my own personal happiness. I am deciding to surround myself with positive energy and get rid of the negative people in my life this year that bring my down. I think this has been my biggest thing holding me back on my weight loss journey is failing to have the support of some of those people close to me. but no more! I am marching on with the support of my bestie artist8784 and my mom getn2goal and lots of my other spark friends I am going to make 2015 the year I make a difference in my life once and for all! Over the last year I have learned many things about myself how I can best succeed at my weight loss journey. one of the biggest things I learned was to plan my meals ahead of time as much as possible. by planning my meals ahead of time I am able to stay within my calorie budget and I feel alot better about myself for it. not saying there are times where I don't splurge or binge because there have been times but for the most part when I plan it is in my best interest. also, I learned to make it fun to exercise. I have a game I play where I guess how many calories I am going to burn by a certain time if I can guess correctly or if I guess within 25 calories I get to walk at a slower pace for 10 extra seconds but if I am wrong I have to walk at a faster speed for 10 extra seconds before cooldown. I also set small goals for myself to walk a certain distance by a certain time frame on the treadmill or burn so many calories in 15 minutes etc. also, my best advice is to get good music to workout to! if the music is upbeat and fun it will make the workout go by so much quicker before you know it the workout is over. My other goal I have worked on all year is to drink more water and I have done this by making crystal light and dasani drops my friend I don't like water plain but flavored water I can drink all day long! My advice get a large water bottle (one of mine is 32oz) and fill it up and try to keep it full all day long. I play games with my water intake as well I make myself drink 16oz of water before breakfast and 8oz before mid morning snack and 16oz before lunch, 8oz before afternoon snack and 16oz before dinner and 8oz before bedtime snack not to mention I am drinking about 8 oz of water at my meals so I get in about 96 oz of water everyday. so even though my weight is not lower than 2014 as I had hoped I am starting knowing I am doing all the right things to make it work if I just keep trying.
my goals:
1. keep drinking my water
2. weigh in on a regular basis (preferably every Saturday)
3. work out at least 3 times per week for at least 45 minutes each time
4. walk 60 miles per month
5. encourage my bestie artist8784 on her weight loss journey
6. log my food at least 5 day per week
7. get rid of negative people in my life
8. do at least 1 thing for me 1 time per week
9. write in my journal at least 1 time per week
10. save 1 dollar per day in a jar for rainy day fund
