Well I can't believe we are into a new year. This was a much different new year than previous ones. Most times I'm making the resolution to lose weight and start exercise. Not this year because I'm already eating healthy and working out.

This past week I made good and bad choices. I had my first gain since back in Sep starting the fall challenge I went up 0.4lbs. So my goal is going to be to continue to lose weight every week like I was before.

I can't believe how good of an attitude I have and wonderful I feel.
