Its time for a lifestyle change!

Its time to change my LIFESTYLE. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and I had it under control for about 3 years when I was working at at gym (I never should have left). After I stopped that my weight climbed to over 210lbs, the last time I weighed myself on SP I was at 165lbs and now I am at 181.2 so that needs to change because I am feeling like CRAP. I am bloated, gassy & I just feel fat.
My job is super stressful and it is shift work so every 2 weeks I switch from Days to Nights and my body has a really hard time adjusting. So because of this my main struggle is meal prep. If I am going to be successful, I MUST get my meal planning and prepping under control.
So that being said, today I am going to write out my entire week meals and I am going shopping to get everything that I need and I am going to wash, cut and store all of my fruits and veggies so there will be no excuses! I know that it is going to be a lot of work and very time consuming but once I do it a few times it will be super easy and a lot faster.
