It's a special week in the life a woman! However, I'm still trying to keep it under control. Here are my meals for today.
Let's break it down.
Breakfast 293 - mesa/blueberries/almond milk, decaf/almond milk, 2 coffee macarons
Lunch 613 - steamed green beans, zucchini w oo, sourdough/avo/chicken, peanuts
Dinner 459 - salmon (what's up with bones, I hate eating salmon with bones), carrots w oo/butter, salad w peppers/dressing
AM Snack 180 - pb banana oat bar
3PM Snack 297 - eggs/corn tortillas/parm
Nite Snack 344 - choc taste test (85% was way too bitter for me - ate only 1 square, 56% was fine - ate the whole bar) then 4 cheese/crackers
calories - 2186 (a touch high)
carbs - 208 (fine)
fiber - 37 (good for me)
